We would like to inform you that the online application portal for short-term mobility programmes abroad for 2026 will open shortly.
Candidates will be able to update their files and select the type of mobility according to the following categories:
Category for research professors wishing to improve their level of English: this covers various academic ranks and is intended for levels B2 and B1 (in accordance with the instructions of the Directorate of University Cooperation and Exchange at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research).
Category for high-level short-term academic stays: intended for university professors and clinical professors holding the ranks of Distinguished Professor, Professor, Senior Lecturer (Category A) and Lecturer (Category B).
Category for PhD students: intended for non-salaried students regularly enrolled in a PhD programme.
Category for administrative and technical staff wishing to improve their English language skills: intended for level A2 or higher, with priority given to level B2 followed by level B1.
Category for further training abroad: for administrative and technical staff in disciplines and fields other than English.
Category for scientific events of significant importance and indexed in WOS.
Timetable:
• 26 March to 6 April 2026: Reopening of the platform for document submission and selection of mobility type
• 7 April 2026: Start of file processing by faculties and institutes
• 14 April 2026: Announcement of preliminary results
• 15–16 April 2026: Appeal period
• 22 April 2026: Announcement of final results
