Announcement for Students: Opening of the Platform for Submitting Academic Leave Requests for the 2025–2026 Academic Year

The Vice-Rectorate for Higher Education in the First and Second Cycles, Continuing Education, and Degrees informs students wishing to suspend their studies (academic leave) for the 2025–2026 academic year that they may submit their requests via the following link:
 https://forms.univ-setif.dz/

Eligible situations:

  • Long-term or chronic illness (to be confirmed by one of the university’s doctors)
  • Maternity leave
  • National service
  • Change of residence (for the student, spouse, or parents)

Submission of academic leave requests begins on October 27, 2025.
