Doctoral Scientific Days 2025-2026

Announcement

The Faculty of Natural and Life Sciences at the University of Setif 1 announces the organisation of the Doctoral Scientific Days for Doctoral students (download the announcement) on the following dates:

• Sunday 31 May 2026 for Doctoral students in the sciences who are behind schedule with their thesis defence (list_1).
• Thursday 4 June 2026 (list_2)
  1. For postgraduate students who are behind schedule with their thesis defence.
  2. For Doctoral students in their second and fourth years of the 2025–2026 academic year.

Notes:

1. The presentation will be oral and will last ten (10) minutes.
2. The programme for the doctoral research days and the timetable for each student’s presentation are set out in the tables attached to this notice.
3. Students are also asked to arrive before the time of their presentation, so that they can stand in for any absent students.

4. Please ensure that your application follows the two attached templates: Doctoral in Sciences (1) and Postgraduate Doctoral (2).
